What payment terms do you accept?
Orders are billed in GBP. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Select your preferred method of payment at the checkout.

How long does shipping take?
All shipping times are given on the shipping section. Please note that shipping cut off times are 11am GMT time on business working days.
Do you offer express delivery?
We do offer next day delivery on UK orders. Please note that express next day delivery is on business working days (e.g. if ordered after 11am GMT Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday).
Do you ship overseas?
All orders are currently shipped from England. We offer international delivery all around the world. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the UK is free. Express delivery in the UK is available and is calculated at checkout. International delivery is calculated at checkout. For more information on shipping, please visit our shipping information page.
International Customs Duty?
International shipping fees do not include any additional customs charges that may occur during the shipping process. Any import duty or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
I've entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Please contact email@example.com and inform us of the new delivery address. If your order has not been dispatched we will be able to amend this for you.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has been dispatched we will be unable to cancel the order.
There is a manufacturing fault with my order. What can I do?
All Mål Paper products are made with great care and quality materials. However, if you have received an item that has a manufacturing defect then please contact us at email@example.com with a description and photo. We will rectify this issue immediately.
I've received the wrong item in my order. What can I do?
We take great care in packaging all orders. If you have received the incorrect item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify this issue immediately.
How do I return items?
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, you are able to do this as long as the item is in its original packaging and has not been opened. Unfortunately, if the item is returned to us, not in its original state then we will be unable to offer a refund. Postage costs to return the item due to change of mind are the customer's responsibility, and we do recommend returning the item via a tracked delivery method.
