Order cut-off time will be 9am GMT.
*The shipping times given are based on estimations provided by our couriers. We cannot guarantee that orders will be received within this time frame. Please allow up to 30 days for your order when selecting standard shipping terms; this is a tracked service and you should have received your tracking code in your shipping confirmation email.

We use Evri, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.
SHIPPING COST AND TAX
Shipping cost is calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery address.
Free standard shipping on all orders over £70 within the UK.
For all international orders, your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Mål Paper. Mål Paper is unable to refund any additional duties, fees, or import taxes.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@malpaper.com or Call Us at 01780763368
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We don't offer shipping to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide the wrong address during checkout and the order is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product.
DELAYED
In the event that your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
