There’s no 29 Feb (leap year)

There’s no 29 Feb leap year day … which is odd given there will be two leap years in a five year period. Annoyingly I’ve just realised when noticing that I am a day ahead in the diary now and have been for the last 13 entries. It seems like quite an oversight. Other than that I love this and am in my second year of filling it out. Really nice to look back at the year before. Just pretty annoying that it’s out of sync now.

    Love the concept

In reality, for me there's just not enough lines on each year to make it really valuable for me.

    perfect

I had a multi year journal years ago but it was way too small and uncomfortable to write on it. This size is perfect, the pages open nicely and I look forward to write a thought or two every day or every other day. I recommend it!

    FAQS

    How to use the journal

The journal can be started at any point in the year due to being undating. You needn't wait until the start of the year to use. The layout of the journal prevents pages being wasted.

Choose a time of day that works for you to write your journal entry. For some the mornings work best before we start our day, and for others the evenins work better for reflection as we relax.

What can the journal be used for?

The journal is perfect for self-reflection, and is aimed at everyone. The journal could be used when going through difficult times, a time of self-development and growth, or starting a new chapter of your life.

What should I write in the journal?

There are no set rules for what you should or shouldn't write. You could simply write down what has happened in your life on that particular day, and identify the key things that happened.

You could also use the journal in combination with our Question To Empower Card Deck, and use these as journaling prompts for each daily entry.
